Pawfect Properties is a brand identity for an estate agency that's reshaping the rental market in finding rental properties that puts pets first.









Problem
Gen Z are facing are considtered a generation of forever renters.In London specifically, the average rent prices are 8x the current yearly salary rate making it impossible to save for a forever home.
Insight
Tackling this younger demographic in London, I found an upcoming trend that 28% of this generation prioritise finding housing that allows pets over other priotities like work, travel and security. With only 7% of rental properties allowing pets, this gave me the pefect gap in the rental property market to create a brand identity for.
Solution
I've creating a brand identity for an estate rental agency that puts pets first in helping pair gen z renters and their pets find their fur-ever home.
This insight has provided an opportunity to create a brand identity that challenges the stereotypical boundaries of estate agency branding. With a specific focus on a younger target audience and the added element of being pet-focused, I have embraced this chance by incorporating a playful typographic style, complemented by illustrations. The colour palette was carefully selected through in-depth research into colour theory, drawing inspiration from other pet brands. This process led to the unique palette featured in this identity, which fills a notable gap in the use of deep blue and orange within the pet branding landscape
For my deliverables, I aim to continue to push outside of the normal assets and really play into the pet puns and pet related marketing opportunities. Some ideas include welcome treat bags, a fury car and a to-let pet sign.
